Paneer Samosa

Paneer Samosa is deep-fried pastry stuffed with seasoned Indian cheese looking like half moons. This vegetarian snack is popular because of its crispy outer shell and tasty stuffing that is why it is served with tea, at parties, and sold in food stalls all over India.The stuffing of the samosas may consist meheewal paneer stuffed with chopped onion, green chili, cumin, and a special Indian spice mix of garam masala and even butter. There can be no shortage of coriander leaves too that enhances the appeal of this masala even more. Once prepared, the fresh filling is then enclosed in a relatively thin dough and shaped into a triangle tip is sealed to ensure no expansion of the appetizing ingredients.The prepared samosas are then deep-fried till they turn golden in color and crunchy. Samosas are served preferably with mint and or sweet tamarind chutneys so that they can be used while they are still hot.
