Indian snack samosa is re-imagined in all its wonders in a deconstructed way call masala samosa bowl. Instead of the normal flaky pastry of a samosa, this masala samosa bowl contains crispy surged masala samosas placed inside the bowl accompanied by colorful toppings. The bottom layer comprises unattractive pieces of looking samosas which are stuffed with spicy potatoes and peas. Then the creamy yogurt sauce along with the tangy tamarind chutney and the green chilly chutney are poured on top of the samosa pieces. Then chaat masala powder is dusted to improve the taste. For garnishing, some fresh coriander and pomegranate seeds were used.
